Janet Fedullo is a Certified Nurse Midwife in Atlanta, GA. She received her training at Emory University. She has over 20 years of experience working in freestanding birth centers, hospitals, & homebirths. Janet knew from a young age that she wanted to help care for others especially the underserved. She became a volunteer candy striper at her local hospital in high school. She was an AmeriCorps volunteer on the border of Mexico & a National Health Service Corps Provider in Appalachia, Tennessee. Janet enjoys volunteering on medical mission trips and has traveled with different organizations to Bolivia, Haiti, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. She’s passionate about health, nutrition, and wellness. She’s an advocate for natural birth, VBAC’s, breastfeeding, and holistic health. She enjoys caring for women in her community. Janet has been a Clinical Instructor at Emory University School of Nursing for 20 years and enjoys teaching graduate students. She’s a recipient of the Outstanding Preceptor Award by the American College of Nurse Midwives. In her free time, Janet enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, dancing, yoga, and being outdoors.
